Analyst Relations Executive

ADP is hiring an Analyst Relations Executive.


We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to elevate ADP’s presence and impact within the Human Capital Management (HCM) analyst community. This individual will represent ADP’s portfolio to leading industry analysts, shaping the market narrative and amplifying ADP’s innovation and differentiation. You will partner with senior leaders across marketing, product, and sales to drive alignment and share insight to influence ADP’s strategic direction.

As an Analyst Relations Executive, you will lead ADP’s industry analyst relations program across the HCM portfolio, reporting to the Vice President of Solutions Marketing. You will shape how ADP is positioned in key analyst evaluations, influence perception, and orchestrate the storytelling that puts ADP’s strategy and innovation in the spotlight.

 

What you'll do:

 

STRATEGY AND APPROACH

Industry Analyst Strategy and Leadership:

Lead ADP’s global analyst relations strategy across key industry firms including Gartner, NelsonHall, The Everest Group, and others. Craft and execute a comprehensive program that builds analyst understanding of and confidence in ADP’s solutions.
Drive positioning strategy to increase ADP’s placement in market evaluations, reports, and client-influencing assessments

Executive Influence and Advisory:

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders including the CMO, CPOs, and GPT leaders on analyst-related market dynamics and perception. Partner closely with Product Marketing, BU Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Enablement to align positioning and narratives.

Flagship Events and Engagements:

Shape compelling event experiences, demos, and client narratives to bring ADP’s innovation to life
Own and deliver ADP’s flagship Analyst Day Coordinate analyst participation and executive briefings at key ADP events such as ReThink and Meeting of the Minds Own ADP’s strategic approach and execution at the HR Technology Conference

Content and Message Development:

Translate complex product capabilities and strategic roadmaps into messaging that resonates with analysts and market influencers. Drive the development of briefing materials, Q&A prep, RFI submissions, and storytelling for industry analyst evaluations and inquiries.

Market Influence and Insight:

Influence analyst research agendas and frameworks to reflect ADP’s unique strengths and market approach. Deliver regular insights to internal stakeholders on analyst perspectives, market trends, and competitor movements.

METRICS AND IMPACT

Track and analyze placement and progress across major analyst evaluations. Identify areas of improvement and opportunity based on feedback and scoring. Measure success through increased visibility, improved positioning, and enhanced sales enablement from analyst content.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in education and work experience A minimum of 10 years in a marketing, product marketing, or product management role and knowledge and experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) is a must This is a complex matrixed role so the ability to build relationships and influence without formal structure will be critical for success Hybrid role - 3 days in the local office and 2 days remote Travel - 20% domestically
