Analyst - Product VCE Optimization

We continue to make investments in our best-in-class products. This role will support setting strategies that enhance revenues and drive cost efficiencies, and will implement change either directly, or indirectly via product, benefit and partner stakeholders. The Analyst- Product VCE Optimization will be an integral member of a dynamic team charged with efficiency strategy and managing execution of initiatives that will drive step-change and sustainable growth for Amex. **Principal accountabilities include:** + Executing on the strategy and approach of the team’s mandate that is grounded in driving efficiency across business, grounded in customer experience. + Leveraging data and analytics to understand customers throughout the customer lifecycle to find opportunities. + Constantly monitoring competitive landscape and customer feedback to identify opportunities. + Managing on-going efficiency actions designed to reduce costs in key VCE cost buckets. + Support with product control activities that drive cost optimization or are revenue enhancing. + Ongoing tracking and dashboard management. + Collaboration with a host of enterprise partners as well as other business units to uncover insights that will inform the team's proposed strategies and support in creating alignment across many stakeholders. + Preparing annual forecasts and monthly reporting on the performance of the portfolio. **Minimum Qualifications** + University Degree (preferably Business) with minimum 1-2 years of project management work experience. + Proven self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results and champion a project from conception through implementation and evaluation. + Experience developing and managing relationships. + Proven ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills. + Proven ability to demonstrate analytical skills, comfortable with analyzing data to draw insights to inform business strategy. + Attention to detail and unrelenting focus on quality. + Strong oral and written communication skills; emphasis on proposal development and the creation/delivery of effective presentations. + Demonstrated managing multiple projects, attention to detail and prioritization skills in a demanding environment. + Proven ability to lead change and set priorities, with capacity to be flexible and adapt with new opportunities. + Strong team player with proven ability to build relationships across the Blue Box to accomplish goals. + Must be a strongly proficient Excel and Power Point and be comfortable with the rest of the Microsoft Office suite. **Qualifications** Hiring Range: $68,000 to $102,000 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
