How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Analyst, Portfolio Analytics, Insights & Governance
Within the Technology Business Enablement (TBE) organization, the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) team is responsible for aligning investment and execution of enterprise priorities, accelerating strategic alignment and planning across Enterprise Centers of Excellence (COEs), Lines of Business (LOBs), and Technology. By integrating lean principles, LPM elevates transparency, optimizes resource allocation, and drives business and customer outcomes through continuous alignment of strategy, funding, and delivery.
The Analyst, Portfolio Analytics, Insights, & Governance enables data-driven decision-making by creating scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights that optimize investment decisions, portfolio performance, and sequencing of enterprise priorities and resources. This role specializes in leveraging planning, delivery, productivity, OKRs, capacity, and funding data to inform investment decisions, strategic planning, and execution. It also champions advanced analytics, AI/ML adoption, and visualization capabilities to drive speed of delivery and enterprise outcomes.
This position reports to the Director, Portfolio Analytics, Insights, and Governance and will be based in Chennai, India.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of the Enterprise Portfolio Insights & Governance strategy by delivering analysis and reporting that contribute to measurable business outcomes and improved decision‑making
Contribute to the development and successful delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio Data Insights & Governance reporting & analytics roadmap, ensuring outputs align with defined stakeholder needs and user personas
Apply established data governance standards and controls to help maintain data hygiene, accuracy, and trust in portfolio insights and reporting
Automate manual and repetitive tasks, including presentations and analytical workflows, to improve efficiency and scalability across TBE, LOBs, Product, and Technology
Advance integration of AI, ML, BI, and emerging technologies by applying AI‑enabled tools to accelerate analysis, improve insight quality, and support decision‑making
Translate complex data into clear summaries and actionable insights, supporting recommendations that inform manager‑ and senior leader‑level decision‑making
Demonstrate initiative and learning agility, taking ownership of assigned work and identifying opportunities to innovate, improve analyses or processes
Excel in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on quality and outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles, with experience supporting cross‑functional product, technology, or portfolio initiatives
Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
Expertise in Python, Power BI, Tableau, AI/ML, custom GPTs, data modeling, and advanced Excel, with hands-on experience applying AI‑enabled insights to improve planning, prioritization, and decision‑making
Experience working with AI/ML concepts and large language models (e.g., OpenAI GPT or Llama), applying tools such as retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) or AI‑assisted analysis in reporting or decision‑support contexts
Advanced user of enterprise collaboration and reporting tools including Jira, Rally, Clarity, Apptio Target Process, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI and Airtable
Experience supporting analytics for products, programs, or portfolios, including working with multiple stakeholders and structured data sets
Foundational understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project coordination, with experience contributing to defined analytics or reporting backlogs
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and incorporate feedback into analysis and deliverables
Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills, including basic forecasting, trend analysis, and the ability to derive business insights from data
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into concise summaries and recommendations for managers and senior leaders
