**Job Description:** + Overall, 5-7 Years of experience in investment operations or wealth management with proven people leadership + Ability to work evening/night shifts. + In-depth knowledge of investment instruments: **stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and advisory solutions** . + Familiarity with asset movement operations: settlements, transfers, reconciliations, and trade support + Hands-on understanding of the **US regulatory environment (FINRA, SEC)** + Experience working with global financial services partners, especially US-based stakeholders. + Investment fundamental knowledge preferred (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Equity). + Shows flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business. + Occasional extended work hours/weekends to meet deadlines. + Participation in training sessions, presentations and meetings. + Good communication Skills. **Location:** This position can be based in any of the following locations: Chennai **Current Guardian Colleagues: Please apply through the internal Jobs Hub in Workday** Every day, Guardian helps our 29 million customers realize their dreams through a range of insurance and financial products and services.
