Job Description:Overall, 5-7 Years of experience in investment operations or wealth management with proven people leadershipAbility to work evening/night shifts. In-depth knowledge of investment instruments: stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and advisory solutions. Familiarity with asset movement operations: settlements, transfers, reconciliations, and trade supportHands-on understanding of the US regulatory environment (FINRA, SEC)Experience working with global financial services partners, especially US-based stakeholders.Investment fundamental knowledge preferred (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Equity).Shows flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business.Occasional extended work hours/weekends to meet deadlines.Participation in training sessions, presentations and meetings.Good communication Skills.
