How will you make an impact in this role?
The position is mainly responsible for managing Membership Rewards (MR) transfer partners, enhancement of earn point strategy, and development new capabilities. As a key benefit of the card product, make the excellent point program by negotiating the domestic/global partners and implementing new capabilities. There are five B30s including this position and B25 staff in MR team. He/she reports to MR team manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage transfer partners (e.g. Global airlines, Hotel partners) and build the essential partnership.
- Enhance earn point strategy, especially in bonus X3 point program and new partners.
- Develop and implement new capabilities working closely with CoE (Center of Excellence) team and cross LOBs(line of
businesses).
- Find growth opportunities in existing marketing activities with solid analysis/targeting and follow the PDCA cycle
- Deliver attractive loyalty program to card members through excellent customer journey utilizing on/off-line communication channels
- Lead prioritized initiative with a sense of cost-consciousness in line with company strategy
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Japan card products and customers
- Strong leadership on developing winning strategy
- Results oriented and good project management - ability to drive projects/partners towards deadlines
- Wide perspective and enthusiasm to expand on-going business
- Experience in a matrix environment, comfortable managing and influencing multiple stakeholders
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency, positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented, a creative thinker, a team player, organized and efficient
- High analytical skills and logical thought process for winning strategies
- Good communication skills for both Japanese and English languages
