What is the Opportunity?
You will provide support to all participants in the day-to-day administration of an assigned group of Single Names and their related credit facilities, loan drawings and fee and interest schedules. The competence with which you will carry out your duties will have major impact on the credibility of the department, both within and outside the Bank.
You must display a clear understanding of the administrative aspects of each assigned deal in order to resolve the various requests for interpretation and action that arise daily. You will be provided with 6 weeks' training.

Working Hours : 3pm-12am / 4pm-1am

What will you do?

Set up facilities, fee schedules and loansProcess transactions upon requests from assigned Borrowers or their agents for advances, rollovers, conversions or repayments; ensure notice and limit requirements are met, rates are set and payments are made in accordance with the relevant Credit Agreement and Electronic Transaction RequestProcess interest and fee transactions in loans systems as required by the Credit AgreementInput or verify information in payment systemsAssist with the daily reconciliation of the internal accounts by following up for missing entriesAct as a backup to other Analysts on the team

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

University degree or College Diploma or any equivalent combination of qualifications and/or experienceProficiency in Excel, Word, OutlookAbility to work effectively both independently and within a team environmentAbility to prioritize, work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlinesStrong analytical skills, detail oriented and ability identify issues and suggest solutionsCommunicate effectively with people at various levels, both internally and externallyQuick learner who can handle high volumeComfortable with ambiguity in order to determine tasks requested
