**Location** : São Paulo/SP **Area:** IT HR AMS Time Management **Main Purpose of Job:** As an IT HR AMS Analyst – Time Management, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the HR Time Management system. This includes ensuring system reliability, managing configurations, resolving incidents, and implementing improvements aligned with business needs. You will act as a bridge between HR stakeholders and IT, ensuring that time-related processes (e.g., attendance, leave, scheduling) are accurately reflected and efficiently managed in the system. Your role is critical in maintaining compliance, optimizing user experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making through robust system support and continuous improvement. **A day in a life…** + Start your day by reviewing overnight system logs and incident reports + Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to troubleshoot and resolve time management issues. + Participate in meetings to gather requirements for upcoming enhancements or projects. + Request and test system changes, ensuring alignment with business rules and compliance standards. + Document processes, updates, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and audit purposes. + Provide end-user support and training when needed, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction. + Work closely with external vendors or Product Teams for escalated issues or integrations. **What will contribute for you success?** + Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HR Time Management systems (e.g., UKG Pro WFM) and their integration with payroll and attendance systems. + Analytical Thinking: Ability to diagnose complex issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions. + Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Customer Focus: A proactive approach to understanding user needs and delivering high-quality support. + Adaptability: Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and technologies. + Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of labor laws and time-related regulations to ensure system compliance.
