Analyst - Indirect GSM
**Description** This role is responsible for supporting various Indirect Procurement objectives in order to realize maximum benefit to the business in the categories of Creative and Production, PR & Events, and Talent. The position will work with various stakeholders and cross⁃functional teams across Brands and/or Regions on spend management initiatives. The role will support category⁃specific strategy development, manage data in SAP and other business function tools, drive portions of select strategic sourcing activities, and assist with building supplier relationship management programs for various categories of indirect spend. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional and team player, who possesses exceptional analytical capabilities, is a self⁃starter, a team player, and learns quickly. + Assists with facilitating the RFX process by planning, analyzing and negotiating the RFX process. + Analyzing reviews RFP responses and then creates a side by side comparison to access the supplier capabilities. Evaluated supplier responses for completeness. + Negotiation: assist the negotiation by providing manager and business stakeholders with summarized RFP results. + Calculates, analyses and records savings for their assigned categories. + Lead contract discussions with legal, implement contracts and capture them in the system. + Owns data management. Obtains data and provides data analysis, determines opportunities based on their spend analysis. Runs needed reporting, such as spend reports, contract expiration reports, KPI reports, material group mapping, obtains supplier reporting. Creates summary sheets based on reporting. + Manages and maintains data integrity and quality in SAP and other procurement tool systems. + Calculates, validates and records savings. Maintains integrity of the contract database. Ensure accuracy of content loaded into Ariba database which is the primary contract repository for ELC. + Creates, maintains and updates catalogs for SAP, for example, and the buying center. + Creates shopping carts in SAP in for VM category. + Manages the supplier onboarding process from contracting to implementation.
