Analyst II - Placement

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh Philippines, Inc. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Placement team at Marsh is a young and dynamic group that creates value for clients and account executives by developing specialized insurance programs. They negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage, while building strong relationships with markets and carriers. As highly technical professionals, they leverage their industry knowledge to deliver tailored solutions and ensure clients receive optimal insurance coverage.

We will count on you to:

Collaborating with account executives to understand client requirements and objectives.

Developing bespoke insurance programs tailored to meet client-specific needs

Leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge to develop effective insurance programs,

Negotiating terms and coverage options with insurers to secure the most favorable programs.

Developed and maintained facility programs to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational objectives

Building and maintaining strong relationships with local insurance markets and carriers through various engagements such as but not limited to: Roadshows, Insurance events, etc.

Continuously monitoring market conditions, economic landscapes, and insurer offerings to provide clients and account executives with strategic, data-driven advice on optimal coverage solutions.

What you need to have: 

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in business and financial industries. Preferably has non-life insurance sales/ Underwriting/ brokerage background

Strong network and comprehensive understanding of both local and global corporate and economic dynamics

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
