**Overview:**
The Expenditure Management team sits at the heart of our organization's financial operations, ensuring every dollar spent is accurate, accountable, and aligned with our strategic goals. We oversee the full lifecycle of company expenditures - from vendor onboarding and invoice processing to compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvement. Our work directly supports operational efficiency, strengthens financial integrity, and empowers teams across the business to make informed, responsible spending decisions.
**What You'll Do:**
Our Analyst I is part of a close-knit team that supports supplier onboarding, governance, and reporting. The successful candidate will serve as a resource to internal and external stakeholders throughout all supplier onboarding and governance responsibilities which include:
+ Manage the supplier onboarding process from intake to completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely setup.
+ Review and validate supplier documentation, including tax forms, banking details, and regulatory requirements.
+ Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and suppliers, providing guidance on onboarding standards and resolving issues.
+ Identify and address data discrepancies, incomplete submissions, or control gaps.
+ Maintain high‑quality vendor master data and support ongoing data governance activities.
+ Assist with reporting on onboarding volumes, cycle times, data quality, and compliance metrics.
+ Contribute to process documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Risk teams to streamline workflows and enhance the supplier experience as our firm modernizes its supplier and procurement environment to Coupa's platform.

**Skills/Requirements**
**Experience You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a business related area or relevant work experience.
+ Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data and documentation.
+ Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
+ Clear communication skills and a service‑oriented approach.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Prior experience in procurement operations, vendor management, accounts payable, or financial operations is preferred.
+ Experience with ERP systems or vendor master data tools is a plus: Oracle, PeopleSoft, Coupa.
+ A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
