Job Summary
The HR Information Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role within the HRIS team of the HR Operations Center of Excellence (COE) at Walgreens. This position serves as a strategic partner to various stakeholders—including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll—by supporting the enhancement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core HR systems.

The HR Information Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role within the HRIS team of the HR Operations Center of Excellence (COE) at Walgreens. This position serves as a strategic partner to various stakeholders—including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll—by supporting the enhancement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core HR systems.
The Analyst will lead the administration and optimization of various Learning management systems, while potentially supporting other modules within HR technology portfolio. Few of the key responsibilities includes
Collaborating with HR COEs to translate functional needs into system solutions.Managing updates and system changes with a focus on user experience and business value.Navigating ambiguity, assessing risks, and adjusting project direction as needed to meet deadlines.Ensuring the integrity and quality of HR data through proactive issue resolution and scenario-based analysis.This role acts as a vital liaison between HR operations and technology, driving innovation and efficiency across the HR systems landscape.
