Job Responsibilities

1.Execute Growth and Retention Programs as outlined for Jio Mobility
business
2.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product etc. teams as required for
Program execution
3.Implement KPIs and publish Dashboards to monitor Progress of execution
(Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly)
4.Prepare Review Dashboards and Decks for management review
5.Derive insights from customers, channel partners, own teams, market
6.Keep track of telecom industry developments and analyse market share
movements
7.Identify process, experience improvement areas for customers, channel
partners, own teams

Education Requirement

Graduate in Any Discipline
