As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job responsibilities   Manage all ETF order activity and related queries Be responsible for the daily management of a client’s trading activity including reviewing reconciliation breaks on Shares and Valuation and related client queiresBe responsible for daily publication of key deliverables to DTCC/NSCCParticipate in industry working groups, initiatives and current events related to ETFReconcile accurately and efficiently against all core controls and procedures for all relevant ETF and TA deliveriesParticipate in discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF productsProvide monthly KPI reporting to clients and senior managementRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills    Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of industry experienceQuick learner both technical knowledge and systems Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, managerial and time management skills Ability to be effective in a global operating environment and a matrix management organizationAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and counterparties  Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail Results orientated; ability to create and sustain a target driven environment 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Advanced Excel skills, VBA, etc.Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income.ETF cash component expertise.
