The Content Management Group’s (CMG) role is within Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) is a global organization that sits within MPS ( Membership Portfolio Services). Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) enables high quality, innovative marketing through campaign consultation and execution and by developing best-in-class products and processes which modernize the marketing ecosystem. Every year ECMX helps its business and marketing partners across the enterprise launch more than 28,000 marketing campaigns.
The Content Management Group (CMG) is responsible for creative development and content management tasks for pre-approved U.S. marketing content which includes:
Ownership and maintenance of marketing content within the Marketing Digital Asset Manager (DAM).
Content Governance & Communications including content management.
Development of marketing content for new products, benefits, refresh of existing products or benefits, and guidelines for existing content across business units and channels
Project management includes providing support on all large-scale content changes, process transformation and improvements
The successful candidate will be an integral part of a fast-paced, agile MarOps team. They will support leadership and partners with the overall development, governance, and execution of marketing content. This role will work cross functionally with various teams across the organization, including MPS (Membership Portfolio Services), Marketing, Product Management, Compliance, Legal, Technologies, etc.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Manage and oversee marketing content development of all net new content or product and benefit refreshes including organizing and facilitating content development review sessions with multiple stakeholders to secure required approvals before housing the content in the Marketing Digital Asset Manager (DAM).
Facilitate and lead content development sessions with stakeholders to finalize marketing content for marketing copy, terms & conditions, and guidelines (how to use the content in the marketing creative)
Obtain all required approvals from key stakeholders including Compliance and Legal partners
Ensure marketing claims and terms & conditions that are created and stored in the Marketing DAM are up-to-date and align with the applicable guidelines
Collaborate on project strategies with key stakeholders to develop action plans for content within time-sensitive timelines
Provide support and expertise to partners as it relates to marketing content housed in the Marketing Digital Asset Manager (DAM)
Support content changes including the development of creating content and obtaining approvals from partners, and ongoing content reviews to ensure accuracy and quality through cleanup projects
Participate in business-driven projects as a subject matter expert of the content to guide partners and maintain governance standards
Review marketing changes and updates for applicable impacts to content
Support leadership in all relevant activities
Minimum Qualifications:
2yrs Prior experience in at least one of these areas: Content Development, Content Management, Content Management Solutions (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Compliance, Marketing Execution, Operations and/or Project Management
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational and project management skills (agile, attention to detail, managing tight timelines) are critical
Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and drive results
Comfortable in leading and influencing discussions across various levels of the organization without direct authority
Ability to build relationships, manage and resolve conflict and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and peer
Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, and ambiguity
Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
