Description

As a Consulting Analyst, you will support clients across the life sciences and healthcare industries in solving complex business challenges. You’ll help organizations maximize the value of their assets, portfolios, and operations while contributing to strategic, commercial, and data-driven initiatives. Your work will span across multiple advisory domains, including Commercial Strategy, R&D Optimization, Market Access, Value and Access, and Data Analytics. You will:

Conduct secondary research and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations and client deliverables.Support cross-functional project management both internally and at client organizations.Help clients navigate transformation driven by changes in strategy, operating models, processes, or technology.Identify relevant data sources and apply critical thinking to generate creative, evidence-based solutions.Assist in the development of compelling, structured, and logical storyboards and presentations.Contribute to commercialization strategies, including launch planning, customer engagement, and market positioning.Communicate findings effectively using text, graphics, and other visual formats.Maintain professionalism and adaptability in response to project ambiguity, client changes, and unexpected data findings.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders.Participate in proposal development and business development efforts.Engage in internal initiatives, training sessions, and professional development activities.Support continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and service offerings.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s degreeStrong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively on engagementsStrong business acumen and demonstrated attention to detailStrong presentation skills

Desired Requirements:

Post Graduation in business or life sciencesWork experience in the consulting, pharmaceutical or biotech industriesLife sciences R&D operational experienceAbility to travelUnderstanding of the end-to-end pharmaceutical/biotech value chain
