Your Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver change management solutions for largescale, strategic programs including but not limited to existing and emerging products, back-office efficiency, and compliance.Execute change management across the full lifecycle of implementations Conduct change impact and stakeholder impact assessment sessions with business representatives, to articulate benefits and impacts of changeUse diverse and compelling methods to communicate effectively to global partnersSupport department initiatives around user experience design and innovationWork in a fast paced, dynamic environment that will support a change management framework.

Who You are:

2 years of IT Service Management – Change Management experienceExperience across the areas of sponsorship, communications, change networks, training and organization readinessExperience in large and complex corporate environments running technology and process change effortsCommunication skills, with ability to frame change message and facilitate discussionAbility to manage multiple priorities, influence leaders, and deliver results and deal with ambiguity.
