Your Role:

 

You will manage credit and collection activities for the US and Canada region, overseeing a portfolio valued at $8-$10 million. This includes engaging with customers to request payment for past due balances and addressing any disputes. With a customer base of over 100 accounts, you will conduct more than 20 calls daily to ensure timely collections.

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

6 months to 2 years of demonstrated credit and collection experience in a corporate environment.Bachelor’s degree in any field (accounting preferred).

 

Maximum Requirements:

 

Responsible for collecting receivables and resolving disputes and claims.Deliver service levels and meet SLA/KPI targets for the accounting function.Analyze customer payment trends to forecast collections and facilitate relevant meetings.Knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems.Oversee cash application and deduction management while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
