As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team in Helsinki, you will support real estate investment transactions across all major commercial asset classes. This role is both analytical and execution‑focused, involving financial modelling, due diligence support, data analysis, and preparation of high‑quality investment materials. You will work closely with experienced consultants, gaining broad exposure to the Finnish and Nordic real estate markets and contributing to the successful execution of complex transactions.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Transaction & Investment Support
Support both buy‑side and sell‑side mandates, including preparation of transaction materials and due diligence coordination.Build, maintain, and review cash flow models, valuation models, and scenario/sensitivity analyses.Prepare investment memoranda, teaser documents, NDAs, pitch materials, and other marketing collateral in collaboration with the in‑house design team.Manage and update transaction data rooms and support document organization throughout the deal cycle.Research, Analysis & Execution
Collect, structure, and analyse data from clients, public sources, and third‑party providers to support underwriting and market assessments.Conduct market research across sectors (office, retail, industrial/logistics, residential, alternatives) and translate findings into clear analytical insights.Support execution processes including documentation, due‑diligence tasks, internal approvals, and coordination with cross‑border C&W teams.Client Interaction & Collaboration
Participate in client meetings, asset tours, and internal discussions with senior advisors.Work collaboratively with local, Nordic, and global Capital Markets, Leasing, Valuation and other teams gaining exposure to best practices in real estate investment advisory.About You (Knowledge & Experience)
Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.Approx. 0–2 years of experience in finance, audit, valuation, consulting, real estate, or transaction‑related internships.Strong analytical skills with solid Excel capabilities and interest in financial modelling.Detail‑oriented, disciplined, comfortable with numbers and documentation‑heavy work.Proactive, motivated, and curious about real estate investments and capital markets.Excellent communication skills; English and Finnish required.Experience with Adobe InDesign is considered as an advantage.What We Offer
