\nWe are looking for an Aviation Commercial Professional Billing based in Hong Kong. The purpose of this role is to provide support for the billing of our Aviation Commercial team and ensure a high-quality billing services.
\n\nHow will you contribute to the success of DHL?\n\nPerform daily billing, audit billing data and correct billing discrepancies.\nPerform daily overview at close of business for tonnage and revenue for the day.\nIssue pre-invoice, invoices, and billing adjustments in accordance to invoicing calendars.\nPerform root cause analysis and suggest improvement initiatives within Global and Regional standards.\nEnsure billing practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.\nMaintain accurate records of all billing transactions and their corrections for monthly reporting and audit purposes.\nPerform regular self-assessment of billing processes and records.\nProcess CASS invoices in the IATA CASS platform.\nSupport the team supervisor or manager on finance operations, reporting, and ad-hoc assignments as required.\n\n\n\n\n\nDo you have what it takes?\n
· Minimum 3 years of work experience in billing process.
\n· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline. Professional accreditation in accountancy is an advantage.
\n· Proficiency in MS Windows and Office 365 applications; advanced skills for MS Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
\n· Knowledge in ERP system (SAP), Cognos and Data Analytic tools (Power BI) is an advantage.
\n· Strong analytical and problem solving skills - sensitive to numbers, spots anomalies and discrepancies, identify trends.
\n· Have a strong sense of compliance.
\n· Has good formal presentation skills, communicates ideas in clear, concise, and logical manner to all levels. Understands and uses business language.
\n· Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and high quality.
\n· Responds positively to changing requirements, adapts to changing priorities.
\n· Proactively provides progress updates to stakeholders.
\n· Self-motivated to acquire business knowledge to address different enquiries.
\n· Fluency in Cantonese preferred.
