What You'll Do

As an Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path within BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized BCG Vantage assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute on cases and proposals with relevant analysis and insights and help case teams develop solutions for the strategic and operational challenges our clients face. While contributing to client engagements, travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

 

You will contribute relevant research and analysis to commercialization and go-to-market efforts for the Asset/Investment & Wealth Management sector, working closely with business leaders and senior colleagues.

We support clients in adapting to market evolutions, dynamic client expectations, digital disruption, and regulatory shifts. What You'll Bring

Master's degree relevant to the Financial Institutions sector; 1+ year of relevant work experience in Asset/Investment Management or Wealth Management industry preferredOr Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year strategic consultant experience or 2+ years of Asset/Investment Management or Wealth Management industry relevant work experienceAdvanced Excel skills required, Alteryx, Tableau, or PowerBI skills are desirableAI/GenAI applications, data analytics experience beneficialStrong business acumen, excellent analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesFluency in English with effective written and verbal communication skills

Who You'll Work With

As an Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants. In the period between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients. In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

The base salary range for this role in Chicago is $93,800-$101,400.

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 24% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
