As a part of the Equity Solutions team, you will gain exposure to many different types of transactions including IPOs, Convertibles + Call Spreads, cross-border transactions, stake acquisitions and financings. **How You’ll Succeed** Candidates will need to be effective communicators capable of building relationships both internally and with clients. You will have the responsibility of drafting client presentations, completing internal presentations, and tracking the equity and corporate derivative markets. Additionally, you will provide analytical, structuring, research and transaction due diligence support to senior professionals on the Equity Solutions team, helping to win business and execute transactions. This role has an expected salary range of $115,000-$200,000 for the New York, NY market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
