Responsibilities\nPosition Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Performance Support & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This key role focuses on driving organic growth, enhancing account performance, and building strong customer relationships. This role also involves representing Customer Service Solutions (CSS) by participation in ad-hoc cross-functional projects.
\nBusiness Growth Support
\n\nDrive the organic growth of assigned accounts.\nEnhance Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), billing, and invoicing processes to improve account efficiency.\n\nRelationship Management
\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned Service Line (SL) network customers.\nLead business reviews to ensure continuity and sustainable partnerships.\nAlign customer and DHL strategic plans to strengthen collaboration.\nCollaborate with team managers to execute Account Plans effectively.\n\nPerformance Management
\n\nAlign Country's operational performance with global and regional objectives.\nEnsure consistency and quality of service in partnership with Network Operations.\nManage customer change requests to maintain scope and recover costs effectively.\nAddress customer escalations and implement recovery plans as needed.\n\nContinuous Improvement
\n\nFacilitate Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across operations, systems, and financial audits in collaboration with Network Operations.\nShare best practices across different countries and accounts to enhance performance.\nSupport process standardization to achieve a uniform operating model.\nTrack and monitor cost savings in partnership with Network Operations.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities
\n\nRepresent Customer Service Solutions (CSS) by participating in ad-hoc cross-functional projects.\n\nAccount Management
\n\nGrow the SL share of wallet for existing customers in the region, focusing on regional account plans and commercial ownership of accounts.\nEnsure comprehensive commercial ownership of SL accounts in the region, including the management of global accounts.\nDevelop proactive business retention and growth strategies that protect and enhance margins while aligning with key internal stakeholders.\nTrack and manage account profitability in collaboration with Finance, addressing root causes of issues and coordinating with other functions for resolution.\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in supply chain.\nSolid understanding of supply chain management principles.\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities.\nStrong stakeholder management skills.\nProficient in problem-solving, addressing both tactical and strategic challenges.\nChange-oriented and focused on delivering measurable results.\nInternationally oriented with an understanding of global business dynamics.\n\n
