Analyst-Applications Intermediate (CI Coaching and Education)

 

This position requires onsite training at Ball Memorial Hospital and Fort Wayne Ambulatory Centers, some remote work as needed.

 

As part of CI Coaching and Education team, our mission is to provide top tier training to onboarding providers within the IU organization. Analysts are responsible for coordinating and training providers in a 1:1 or group setting. The analyst position will also be responsible for providing EMR coaching to providers and staff in inpatient and outpatient facilities.

 

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience training an EMR system or similar experience. They will have strong communication skills. The candidate will have the ability to analyze workflows and provide feedback on best practices and the ability to absorb new information and be able to teach back.

 

Responsibilities:

Configures, installs, maintains and upgrades hospital information systems hardware and software under general supervision. Administers and maintains security of operating systems. Provides operational support for the organization's information systems, peripheral equipment, and clinical applications. Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware. Solves moderately complex problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Configures, installs, maintains and upgrades hospital information systems hardware and software under general supervision. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience required. Prefers experience with databases or clinical applications. Requires knowledge of multi application and system interdependencies.
