Analyst-Applications Intermediate
(This is a partially remote opportunity with some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)
This is an analyst support position for the IUH Medical Group Radiology department. You will maintain, develop, and upgrade hospital information systems hardware and software under general supervision. This position will also provide operational support for the organization's information systems, peripheral equipment, and clinical applications. You will also utilize scripting languages to configure key integration components within our suite of systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configures, installs, maintains and upgrades hospital information systems hardware and software under general supervision. Administers and maintains security of operating systems. Provides operational support for the organization's information systems, peripheral equipment, and clinical applications. Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware. Solves moderately complex problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.STRONGLY PREFERRED:
3-5 Years with computer software and hardware troubleshooting.Scripting language experienceDatabase and clinical applications experience preferredHL7 experience preferredREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience required.Prefers experience with databases or clinical applications.Requires knowledge of multi application and system interdependencies.
