Highschool diploma or relevant work experience2 years’ experience in data analyst role focusing on data visualization and reportingMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExpertise in Power-Bi, PowerApps dashboard developmentStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrict attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyFamiliarity with writing complex queries and procedures using both traditional and modern technologies/languages (i.e. SQL, VBA, Python, Spark, etc.)Ability to learn what a business team does, then design a data/technology solution that connects business processes with quantifiable outcomesAutomate existing manual reports and processes to improve operational throughoutBuild predictive models and analyze results for dissemination of insights to United leadershipDesign meaningful metrics that indicate operational health and inform operational decisionsMust be willing and able to travel 15%-20% domestic if neededExternal out of state: This position is not eligible for relocation.
