Job Description:

2 to 4 years of actuarial experience3 to 7 actuarial exams clearedActuarial modelling and valuation skills.Knowledge on Life Insurance ProductsAbility to manage projects and prioritize deliverableAttention to detailKnowledge of IFRS 17 regulationsActuarial software knowledge (Moody’s Axis preferred)

Role-

Design, build and test Axis models for Sunlife across geographies including Canada, US, and AsiaDevelop, test and maintain models and utilities for implementations such as IFRS17, LICAT etc.Develop, test and maintain tools and utilities used for model inputs and extraction of model outputReview and test IFRS 17 models which includes reserve movement checks/reconciliations, cashflow checks at both aggregate and policy level etc.Validate IFRS4 models and provide detailed summary report to stakeholdersAnalyze and present results to stakeholdersEffectively communicate with the stakeholders and execute the tasks independently
