Essential Functions / Job Description

· Deliver high-quality, on-time qualitative insights for client projects across consumer health and related domains.

· Support end-to-end qualitative research activities under guided supervision -including discussion guide development, recruitment briefing, moderation support, and analysis.

· Assist in understanding client requirements and translating them into clear research objectives and study designs.

· Moderate or support in-depth interviews, group discussions, ethnographies, and digital qualitative tasks, ensuring adherence to project frameworks and study best practices.

· Participate in analysis of qualitative data, identifying themes, patterns, motivations, and insights that address client needs.

· Contribute to the creation of detailed documentation including screeners, discussion guides, transcripts review notes, coding frameworks, and insight reports.

· Help structure client presentations—creating clear, compelling storylines tailored to different audiences.

· Proactively build foundational knowledge of qualitative research methodologies, consumer behavior frameworks, and healthcare/life sciences categories.

· Collaborate effectively with Consultants, Senior Researchers, and Project Leads to deliver project outcomes.

· Demonstrate strong time-management skills and the ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.

· Work collaboratively and positively across teams to support overall project and organizational goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, or related fields).

· Strong understanding of qualitative research fundamentals - moderation basics, laddering, projective techniques, and thematic analysis.

· Familiarity with qualitative tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; any exposure to online qual platforms is a plus).

· Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize consumer narratives into meaningful insights.

· Understanding of categories, consumer behaviour patterns, and key market dynamics in healthcare or FMCG sectors (preferred).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Curiosity, empathy, attention to detail, and a passion for understanding consumer motivations.
