The Analyst has three areas of responsibility:
+ Primary bookkeeping for the Funds and attached SPVs
+ Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting
+ Assist with the automation of tasks using AI and other automation tools
Principal accountabilities (key activities and decision-making process):
+ Records and reconciles accounts payable and receivable for the SPV and Fund accounting
+ Maintain accrual, amortization, and interest schedules, along with other non-cash accounting entries in the bookkeeping
+ Prepares the monthly and quarterly AP and AR eports
+ Incorporates AI into current templates to increase productivity and efficiency
+ Assistance to ad hoc project and Group initiatives.
Other accountabilities:
+ Prepares monthly/quarterly regulatory reporting if needed (BCL, CSSF, etc.)
+ Preparing the information packs for the preparation of VAT and CIT returns for review
+ Maintain an accurate cash log
+ Prepare the monthly recharging reconciliation

+ Must have the ability to convey financial issues to non-financial users.
+ Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data in order to prepare clear and concise reports.
+ Fluency in English is required
Knowledge and Experience/Qualifications:
The jobholder is required to have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of one year of accounting experience is required. Furthermore, the candidate must have sufficient knowledge of artificial intelligence, coding in excel (macros, scripts, formulas, etc.), and knowledge of Power Automate and BI.
Role Context:
The nature of the role requires an ability to conduct basic financial analysis by calculating intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions financial analysis. It is necessary to follow accounting practices to ensure client satisfaction while guaranteeing CBRE financial interests.
The jobholder must possess expert knowledge on Luxembourg Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and a satisfactory knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.
