Position Summary:
The Analyst, Organizational Design & Workforce Planning, will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, future workforce trends, and systematic talent planning for RWJBH
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Design Support: Assist in the application of organizational design methodologies, supporting interventions and restructuring efforts.Workforce of the Future Research: Conduct research on emerging workforce trends, demographics, and labor market dynamics to inform the 'Workforce of the Future Research Lab.Strategic Workforce Planning Support: Gather and analyze data related to current and future talent needs, skill gaps, and succession pipelines to support strategic workforce planning initiatives.Methodology Development: Contribute to the development and documentation of consistent organizational effectiveness philosophies, methodologies, and work redesign approaches.Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the analysis of organizational data eg. span of control, layers, headcount trends to identify areas for effectiveness improvementPresentation & Documentation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations related to organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field1-3+ years of experience in organizational development, human resources, research, or a related analytical roleStrong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sourcesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present findings clearlyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCuriosity about future work trends and a foundational understanding of organizational design principlesExperience with survey design and analysis is a plusAdditional Information:
