About the Role

To complete relevant company reports timely and accurately.Roles and Responsibilities:Prepare and ensure timely, accurate reporting on Corporate Solutions businesses, including but not limited to daily production, KPI progress, contest/convention, monthly targets, operation reports, customer claim usage etc. as well as management reports.Prepare and generate regular or ad-hoc KPI/activity reports in a timely mannerCollaborate and support ad-hoc reporting to distribution team (i.e. Agency and Partnership Distribution) to monitor sales-driven business activitiesPrepare, maintain and update documented procedures and functional specificationsCoordinate users’ requirement for report generation requests, as well as work closely with IT and Hong Kong team on implementation.

Education & Experience

University graduate from Business school professional qualificationFresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience in in data processing

Language Skill

English, Cantonese, MandarinIndustry certifications and practitioners’ licenses

Special Skill

Cooperative, responsible detail minded person with a positive attitude, able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and be able to work under tight schedule and pressureGood computer skill. Familiar with Microsoft office applications especially Excel and AccessSensitive to numbers and with good data analysis ability
