Job Title: AnalystJob Description We are seeking an Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team to support a pivotal project. You will play a crucial role in auditing and refining our booking and commission processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data reporting. Responsibilities + Review monthly bookings to ensure accurate reporting of data. + Complete in-depth analysis of data while monitoring and recording any system issues. + Review cancelled contracts to ensure that commission paid out is recovered if the contract is cancelled prematurely. + Review new contracts to ensure accuracy in commission rate, amount, and timing of commissions paid. + Interact with other departments to make necessary corrections to contracts related to commission payments. + Collaborate with the Sales Compensation Manager on various projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new plans. + Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicators for management. Essential Skills + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel analysis. + Interest or experience in Finance and/or Accounting and data analysis. + Proficiency in Excel and modeling. + Willingness to take initiative to understand the business. + Aptitude for problem-solving, with strong writing and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. + High attention to detail. Work Environment Work from home on Fridays once trained, with Monday to Thursday in-office. Enjoy a brand new facility equipped with a gym and Starbucks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
