Job Title: Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team to support a pivotal project. You will play a crucial role in auditing and refining our booking and commission processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data reporting.

ResponsibilitiesReview monthly bookings to ensure accurate reporting of data.Complete in-depth analysis of data while monitoring and recording any system issues.Review cancelled contracts to ensure that commission paid out is recovered if the contract is cancelled prematurely.Review new contracts to ensure accuracy in commission rate, amount, and timing of commissions paid.Interact with other departments to make necessary corrections to contracts related to commission payments.Collaborate with the Sales Compensation Manager on various projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new plans.Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicators for management.Essential SkillsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel analysis.Interest or experience in Finance and/or Accounting and data analysis.Proficiency in Excel and modeling.Willingness to take initiative to understand the business.Aptitude for problem-solving, with strong writing and verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.High attention to detail.Work Environment

Work from home on Fridays once trained, with Monday to Thursday in-office. Enjoy a brand new facility equipped with a gym and Starbucks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
