Description We are looking for a results-driven Analyst to oversee and optimize property portfolios while executing strategic real estate initiatives. This role involves managing residential and commercial projects, ensuring their success through collaboration, financial analysis, and effective planning. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planners, architects, engineers, and tenants, to design and implement real estate strategies. • Prepare and analyze financial models, feasibility studies, and sensitivity projections to guide decision-making. • Manage the development, construction, marketing, leasing, and sale of various real estate assets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with capital partners, development stakeholders, and community members. • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with budgetary and capital management processes. • Utilize CRM tools and mapping APIs to enhance project tracking and reporting. • Lead efforts in networking and relationship-building to support project goals and community engagement. • Apply advanced financial planning techniques to optimize project outcomes and assess risks. • Monitor and evaluate project performance through AB testing and data-driven insights. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate management, development, or a related field. • Proficiency in financial modeling, auditing, and budgetary processes. • Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, mapping APIs, Microsoft Excel, and Word. • Strong understanding of land use, asset management, and capital management. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Educational background in real estate development, business, engineering, or a related discipline. • Proven ability to foster trust and build positive relationships within communities and markets.
