Job Description Summary

The IPM Insights & Analytics team’s main responsibilities are to provide analyses to support decisions related to our Clients’ occupied real estate. Examples include portfolio opportunity assessments, business case development, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking, and financial analysis (stay vs. go, sale and leaseback, buy vs. lease, disposals, and development strategies).

· English language (professional)

Required skills for filling the position:

· Strong PowerPoint skills

· Strong Excel and modelling skills

· Power BI and Alteryx experience a plus

· Excellent communication in English

· Great attention to detail, diligent and focused

· Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritise and juggle between tasks

Responsibilities of the jobholder:

· Preparing and presenting PowerPoint presentations and other reports to be distributed to senior management and Clients.

· Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data for inclusion into client briefings, presentations, and reports

· Liaise with internal and external clients to develop an understanding of their needs and requirements.

· Solve complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

· Develop complex corporate real estate strategies supported by operational, financial, and organizational analyses to provide, communicate, and implement creative approaches that will allow our clients to optimize their real estate solutions and teams.

· Develop scenario analyses and evaluate their outcomes; conduct sensitivity testing.

· Proactively execute of client projects, ensuring excellence, consistency, and profitability.

· Understand financial impacts of portfolio or site recommendations

· Provide required business case and other documentation necessary to enable clients to implement our recommendations.

· Assist in efforts to leverage insights, collaboration and delivery to ensure that we remain the industry leader in service innovation

· Respond to team requests in a timely manner, meeting all team and project deadlines

· Assist senior team members in the research and development of white papers and industry reports

Regular tasks:

· Conduct research, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and organize data into logical communication and messages as part of client presentation materials

· Complete real estate portfolio strategy, commute, and other deliverables by performing analysis and then developing PowerPoint decks to convey the findings

· Assist with real estate and financial modeling, labor cost models, and other quantitative projections

· Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other applicable presentation tools to organize and demonstrate recommended models for client presentations

· Attend client presentations to assist and support senior team members

· Enter project pipeline updates

· Support and contribute to a collaborative, teamwork environment
