GTMC strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations​ in Sanofi globally. The Field Analytics team focuses on delivering actionable insights to enhance territory management, sales execution, and resource allocation. This role will support the team by creating dashboards, refreshing reports, and ensuring high-quality analytics deliverables for field operations. **Key Responsibilities** + Refresh existing field sales reports and identify improvement opportunities in reporting and BI tools. + Create dashboards to visualize KPIs and enable decision-making for field leadership. + Support territory optimization and sales force effectiveness initiatives through data analysis. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Insights & Analytics, Marketing) to maintain consistency in methodologies. **Processes** + Delivery of projects in with quality and timeliness + Quality check of the deliverables of self and peers + Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards + Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support global standardization **Technical skills** + Expert in Relational database technologies and concepts + Hands-on experience of using analytical tools like PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake, advanced Excel (including VBA), etc. (Python is good to have) + Experience of developing, refreshing and managing dashboards + Experience with pharmaceutical datasets (e.g. IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, Veeva, Salesforce) preferable + Understanding of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and marketing functions is preferable **About you** + **Experience** 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with an understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of Pharma Commercial Analytics and Dashboard development. + **Education** Bachelors or Masters degree in areas such as Information Science/Operations/Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/ Business Analytics or related field. + **Soft skills** Strong learning agility; Ability to manage ambiguous environments, and to adapt to changing needs of the business; Good interpersonal and communication skills; strong presentation skills is a must; Team player who is curious, dynamic, result oriented; Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment, with ability to work across time zones; Demonstrated leadership and management in driving innovation and automation leveraging advanced analytical techniques + **Languages** Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken Pursue progress, discover extraordinary!
