What this job involves:

Join our dynamic Workplace Consulting team as an Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming how organizations optimize their workplace environments. In this position, you'll support comprehensive consulting projects by conducting research, analyzing employee data, and preparing strategic documentation that drives informed workplace decisions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders through workshops and presentations while contributing to employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in workplace strategy, data analysis, and change management while supporting clients in creating more effective and engaging work environments.

 

What your day-to-day will look like:

 Prepare qualification packages, proposals, and project-related documentation including meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports

Organize project files according to current data management procedures and maintain comprehensive project databases

Collect, review, and summarize project data, documenting client information and requirements through spreadsheets and databases

Conduct secondary research to support project delivery and generate presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Prepare, support, and document outcomes from stakeholder workshops and presentations for Workplace Consulting & Change Management

Design, supervise, and analyze staff surveys, creating comprehensive survey reports and analyzing employee feedback

Contribute to implementation of employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction and inform strategic planning decisions

Stay current with workplace technology trends and tools, producing deliverables using word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic applications

Support various service assignments and perform additional duties as required to meet project objectives

 

Required Qualifications:       

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field

1-3 years of experience in consulting, workplace strategy, data analysis, or similar business environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and data visualization tools

Strong analytical and research skills with experience in survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare professional reports and presentations

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Travel may be required

Overtime may be required

Estimated compensation for this position:

68,250.00 – 80,000.00 CAD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
