Join our team to bridge the gap between development and business, lead client-facing initiatives, and drive continuous process improvements. What You’ll Do + Own daily product and data operations, supporting critical client systems with precision and urgency. + Configure and customize software applications to meet client-specific needs within platform capabilities. + Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting your style to suit the context. + Lead go-live initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful handovers post-warranty. + Analyze and resolve client-reported issues, meeting SLAs and maintaining system integrity. + Design and script using advanced MS SQL Server tools, including SSIS, SSAS, XML, and Service Broker. + Conduct deep data analysis using SQL, proprietary applications, Azure App Insights, Data Dog logs, and JIRA. + Participate in QA and UAT, ensuring readiness and success for every deployment. + Identify and implement process improvements, contributing to operational excellence. + Collaborate on PIRs and RCAs, driving accountability and learning. Required Experience: + Bachelor’s Degree + 3–5+ years in application workflow, data analytics, and reporting + Intermediate to expert SQL and QA experience + Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and Git version control + Proficiency in JIRA (reporting, KB articles) + Strong understanding of MS SQL Server features + Familiarity with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, SSRS) + Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills + Customer-focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented + Team player with a low ego and high accountability Preferred Experience: + SQL Server Certification (Querying) + Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 654 CRM + Advanced scripting/programming (C#, Python, Java, JavaScript) + ETL process experience + Prior experience with JIRA and Confluence + Background in Healthcare IT **To comply with HIPAA security standards (45 C.F.R. sec. 164.308 (a) (3)), identity verification may be required as part of the application process. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
