WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
In this role, the individual will be tasked to resolve pain points and seek efficiencies in the engagement between segment IT delivery teams and their suppliers. To do this, the individual will; represent delivery teams and coordinate cross functional stakeholders to draw insights into the relationship between delivery teams and their suppliers by building and maintaining reporting analytics, governance controls, contract management, and tracking and reporting overall segment spend against Professional Fees and annual budget.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Reporting, Analytics and Financial Management
Contract Control Dashboard and monitoring
Contract pre-approval process
Contract pipeline tracking and support with execution
Provide consulting on of small contracts
Establish the metrics, reporting and accountability guidelines
Spend to budget analysis
Support the monitoring of supplier’s monthly performance against established service level commitments and client expectations, documenting and following up on action items
Relationships & Communication
Provides superior client experience and strengthens relationships with business partners and Supplier partners
Hosts weekly governance meeting with key suppliers for tracking, to review operational items, and provide support
Collaborates with colleagues across WMT, suppliers, T&O Finance, Procurement, and other T&O areas
Manages communications including status reports to all stakeholders
Provides Management with timely updates on all issues and status
Communicates best practices across all supplier delivery functions
Organizational Change Management
Create and execute on processes and controls for Supplier Management to adhere with governance standards and execute within WMT
Identify opportunities for process/governance efficiencies and implement changes within WMT
Host forums with Project Delivery Teams and Contract Owners to increase awareness, desire and knowledge of governance processes
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work-experience
Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.
Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice-to-have:
Experience at a large financial instituation
Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $50,000-$85,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
