Responsible of Risk MIS and Data management. Primary responsible for creating and maintaining data repositories, combining information from different sources (Risk, accounting and external) as the basis for Risk management and regulatory reports and presentations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Head of Risk Oversight on initiatives to enhance Risk Data, MIS, reporting, and presentations.
Own Risk Data and MIS processes, including data collection and leveraging data for risk analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Partner with financial professionals to understand requirements and deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
Manage data from different sources including internal sources (Risk, Accounting and Business Lines) and external (Bloomberg and Reuters).
Design, build and maintain a Risk Data Map and Repositories as the base for regular reporting.
Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
Automate recurring report production to improve efficiency.
Prepare and analyze data for ad-hoc requests to support management decision-making.
Support compliance with internal and external audits, regulator on-site and offsite examinations.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Information systems and/or Business Analytics
Proficiency in Power BI is critical. Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Qlik Sense is a plus.
Good command of both Access and Excel, including usage of complex macros (written VBA).
Knowledge of Bloomberg and Reuters
Experience with PowerPoint or other presentation tools will be highly valued
Minimum 3 years' experience managing financial data and understanding of banking accounting and risk terminology.
Experience in consultancy for Financial Institutions is preferred.

Ability to collaborate effectively and learn from professionals from non-technical backgrounds.
International exposure with the ability to work with people of diverse nationalities is appreciated.
Written and spoken English. Cantonese and Mandarin. Spanish could be an advantage.
