Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades

Realizar as análises físico-químicas de matérias-primas/água e produtos (inicial, processo e final), por meio de todos os testes necessários, efetuando todos os registros associados adequadamente;Realizar análises físico-químicas em amostras de água para injeção;Realizar análise de partículas em produto acabado;Preparar padrões e soluções gerais do laboratório;Realizar testes para auxiliar as validações e qualificações;Cumprir com os requisitos de integridade de dados;Controlar periodicamente o estoque de vidrarias e materiais;Realizar calibrações e manutenções preventivas nos equipamentos do laboratório;Contribuir com a melhoria contínua das atividades do laboratório;Realizar conferência de análises e registros;Realizar investigações laboratoriais;Abertura de controle de mudança;Revisão de procedimento operacionais;Criação e implementação de melhorias para o laboratório

RequisitosGraduação em farmácia, química ou engenharia químicaConhecimento em análises de bancada: testes de identificação, titulações, preparos de soluções.Conhecimento de análise instrumental: CG, HPLC, Absorção Atômica, Fotômetro de Chama, Espectrofotômetro UV/Vis, Polarímetro.Conhecimento nos sistemas Empower e TrackWise.Conhecimento em investigação analítica e desvios, conferência analítica, revisão de procedimentos 

Local de trabalho: São Paulo/Zona Sul - Interlagos

Horário de trabalho: terça a sábado - 7:00 às 16:00
