Analyst, Project Management - Payments and Contracts

As the Analyst, Project Management, you will be responsible for managing payments within our TMTT business unit. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for payment processes, ensuring payment logic and criteria are accurately defined. You will also initiate and manage payment‑related requests and workflows, coordinating closely with teams to ensure timely and compliant execution.

This role will sit onsite at our Irvine, CA HQ.

How you’ll make an impact:

Lead development of moderate to complex analysis, systems, and processes to drive payments including payment logic setup, contract and budget development, preparation of analytics and reports, and other related activity. Provide recommendations/awareness to management and/or key stakeholders.Lead the initiation and management of payment requests and workflows, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely completion.Lead development of medium to large-scale new process design, improvements, and implementation in collaboration with cross-functional and cross BU teams. Provide recommendations/awareness to management and/or key stakeholders.Interact with HCPs, vendors, as well as internal functions and management to resolve inquiries, including reconciliations, analytics, and other ad hoc requests.Support team members through cross training, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem solving to ensure consistent coverage and strengthen overall team capabilities.Other incidental duties

What you’ll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field with 3 years hands on experience managing small-to-mid scale projects or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $72,000 to $102,000 (highly experienced).
