**Date Posted:** 2026-01-22 **Country:** Philippines **Location:** PH-BTG-TANAUAN CITY-BQ4 ~ First Philippine Industrial Park ~ BLDG Q4 **Position Role Type:** Hybrid **Job Responsibilities:** + Provide analysis for labor & overhead variances including review on utilization and absorption. + Prepare Global Absorption and Earned Hours report. + Prepare PPV report and provide analysis to accountable owners. + Review and close work orders timely + Review and process cycle count + Provide material and labor variances analysis to business leaders and resolve issues if any. + Provide scrap reviews and work with business leaders to support SRR target. + Prepare weekly manufacturing variances analysis to leaders for metric reviews. + Review and validate cost savings initiatives for the business. + Provide review and analysis for Intercompany Pricing between Aftermarket and MRO + Other reporting duties as needed. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any Finance related course + Minimum of 1-2 years cost experience + Experience working in a manufacturing set up Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
