GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Procurement Support Analyst will be responsible for providing level 2 Procurement application support to DaVita clinics, the Procurement department (PRISM) as well as other groups and departments that require advanced procurement system support. This includes application troubleshooting, order entry, access management, content management, and a variety of reporting. The procurement support analyst will work cross functionally with our suppliers to support the procure-to-pay process and also with our development team to support and test/validate enhancements and bug fixes. This position requires a complete understanding of the procurement process (P2P) and experience with related platforms, specifically Oracle EBS (12.2) Purchasing modules and iProcurement. This position also requires advanced problem solving/analytical skills, excellent customer service and attention to detail. The Support Analyst may also assist with a variety of system related projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide escalated Procurement system support for the following:Ordering questions and issues (work with users to troubleshoot and reach a solution)Access Management (restricting and provisioning Clinic access to supplies)Content Management (consistently working with our sourcing team to ensure catalog content reflects all the latest information as outlined in our contracts)Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on any enhancements or fixes associated with our Procurement systemSupplier Relationship Management (collaborating with our suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve any ordering issues – i.e. order transmission issues, general system issues, etc.)Reporting/Analytics (Above average to advanced Excel skills needed)Create and publish job aids and add new training content to our Team’s Knowledge BaseAbility to facilitate small scale training sessionsOther duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:Work overtime with little or no notice as neededAttend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as neededKnow, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company proceduresConsistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)

Associates or Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of two (2) years related experience in IT/System support requiredSupply Chain/Sourcing/Purchasing experience in healthcare or multi-site company strongly preferredWorking knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials and Purchasing modules as well as iProcurementBasic understanding of SQLHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint & OneNote
