In this role you will be able to maintain purchase orders information up to date, troubleshoot blocked invoices, resolve vendor claims and provide outstanding customer service to our stakeholders. **The impact you will make in this role** + Manage the purchase order lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate payments to our suppliers. + Manage both Direct & Indirect Procurement orders for 3M. + Collaborate with our plants/sites in all the region. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: + Bachelor High school/Technical/Vocational degree level or 1-2 years of University/College Education. + Or 1-3 years of experience working in similar roles (STP, P2P or similar). + Procurement, buying, order management, accounts payable experience + Advanced English level: B2/C1 + Customer service experience/good communication skills. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Lean / Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt/Black Belt) + SAP ERP MM/FI Experience + Business Analytics and Power BI.
