Set-up systems (e.g., CMS) and processes to archive and ensure training and proctoring documentation that comply with EW SOPs and resolve issues as appropriateAnalyze data from Medical Affairs and sales operations databases to create reportsCollaborate with BU Medical Affairs stakeholders to establish key operations program metrics and dashboards (e.g., proctor/HCP attendances, number of trainings, invoices, contracts)Collaborate with vendors and users on the enhancement and development of the Medical Affairs digital platforms using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)Provide logistics support (e.g., ensure simulation and devices are available, first point of contact for vendors) EW events and external conferencesUpload training content and department work instructions on appropriate systems (e.g., LMS, WebDam) and resolve troubleshooting issuesWhat you will need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience or equivalent based on Edwards criteriaHands-on experience supporting analytics, reporting, dashboards, or digital workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools in healthcare and/or professional environment

The base pay range for this position is $74,000 to $104,000 (highly experienced).
