Analyst, Market Insights (hybrid)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the Market Insights function by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to uncover trends, inform strategic decisions, and enhance our understanding of the market, customers, and competitors. This hybrid role can be based out of our Bloomington, MN or Columbia City, IN locations. You will be required in the office 3 days a week and have the flexibility to work from home the other days.

What you will do
• Assist in the collection and analysis of primary and secondary data sources (market reports, internal databases, customer feedback, etc.)
• Support the development of dashboards, presentations, and reports that communicate key findings to cross-functional teams.
• Build competitive intelligence and track market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and strategy teams to support business planning and decision-making.
• Maintain and update internal databases and knowledge repositories.
• Help design surveys and assist with research projects.
• Stay current on industry best practices and suggest new approaches to improve insight-generation.
• Communicate critical information effectively to internal stakeholders.

What you need

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, data analytics, or a related field
• 0+ years of work experience

Preferred:
• Internship or academic experience in market research, business analytics, finance, or strategy

• Experience with SQL, or other data querying tools

$59,900 - $75,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
