Principais responsabilidades:

Garantir o cumprimento da grade de coleta das transportadoras.Controlar os pedidos em separação na TPC, verificando o status e acompanhar a produtividade.Garantir os retrabalhos dos produtos feitos pelo time TPCCriação de indicadores de desempenho via Excel ou Power BI (de preferência)Consolidação dos dados cadastrais de todos os nossos produtosRealizar as tratativas das divergências e ocorrências na separação/expedição de nossos pedidos.Criação especificação dos nossos principais produtos (documentos de inspeção de recebimento).Viabilizar a expedição dos itens para urgências.Gerar relatório e montar apresentação sobre produtividade de picking, recebimento e retrabalhos do time TPC.Acompanhar o desempenho dos transportadores, tomando ações preventivas e/ou corretivas necessárias.Participar de reuniões periódicas.Manter-se atualizado em sua área de atuação, bem como sugerir melhorias.Cumprir as normas, procedimentos e políticas corporativas existentes na empresa, incluindo as pertinentes ao Sistema da Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente.Zelar pelos equipamentos, recursos e materiais, sob sua responsabilidade, e pelo ambiente de trabalho.

Superior Completo em Logística, Administração e áreas afinsDiferencial Pós Graduação em Supply ChainExperiência em Operações Logísticas e Processos de ImportaçãoConhecimentos avançados em Excel e Power BI
