**The Opportunity**
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Analyst, Learning & Capability Building to enable and enhance the execution of enterprise learning initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with Learning Program Owners to support high-impact programs such as Compliance & Risk and Leader Learning. You will be responsible for translating complex inputs into clear, practical content and communications, coordinating execution across stakeholders, and ensuring programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and speed.

**The Role**
· Support administration and execution of enterprise learning programs likeCompliance & Risk and Leader Learning, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met or exceeded
· Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable, user-centered deliverables
· Create, curate, and refine learning content, iterating based on user feedback, data, and evolving needs
· Manage program communications ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment.
· Manage learning operations (registration, logistics, vendor payments)
· Maintain and update course curriculum, communications, and process documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment
· Support discovery by gathering inputs, organizing insights, and identifying what matters most for users
· Gather and analyze data and metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve program impact and user experience
· Prepare and deliver executive-ready reports and presentations, translating complex data into clear insights; presents findings to leaders and drives data-informed recommendations for program improvements.
· Apply independent judgment and structured problem‑solving to ambiguous program challenges, synthesizing incomplete inputs into clear recommendations
· Leverage AI tools to improve speed and effectiveness
**Qualifications:**
**Experience Required:**
· 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, or a related field
· Strong project coordination and execution skills, including prioritization, trade-off decisions, and stakeholder alignment across competing demands
· Experience managing multiple priorities across stakeholders
· Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver executive‑ready communications, including presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership audiences
· Experience solving open‑ended problems and translating ambiguous business needs into structured analyses and recommendations
**Experience Preferred:**
· Experience supporting learning programs, projects, or initiatives
· Experience with content development or curation, ideally learning, enablement or instructional design
· Experience with learning content development, curation, or instructional design
· Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and learning tools, ideally Articulate, Colossyan, Canva or Skillsoft
· Experience working with data, reporting, and basic analysis
· Experience developing communications or stakeholder-facing materials
· Experience in global or multi-location organizations

The salary range for this position is $75,000 -85,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus.
_The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate._
