Job Summary

Responsible for assisting with reporting and analysis in support of Comcast’s employee insights strategy through qualitative and quantitative research and reporting.  Supports enterprise efforts related to all aspects of workforce data and employee engagement & analytics. May act as a subject matter expert for all HR Analytics related tools.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Supports analysis of HR and business data related to proposed employee experience strategies.Partners with Division/BU and Region HR leaders in collecting, processing and reporting workforce data.Supports team in the analysis and identification patterns in employee data to help shape policies, procedures, and programs.Provides project management support to sustain workforce data and published analytics reports.Creates technical documentation (internal) as necessary.Consolidates workforce reports to identify opportunities and enable data-based decision making.Supports analytical needs of the labor and employee relations team. Assist in educating and training management and human resources professionals regarding workforce data.Determines relevancy of data and identifies alternative data sources as needed to ensure analytics requested by business stakeholders can be completed.Supports the analysis of large, complex data to determine actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.Combines data as needed from disparate data sources to complete analysis.Identifies key business drivers and insights by conducting exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.Communicates findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizationsPromotes and evangelizes a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.Stays current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning and applies them to business challenges.Consistent exercise of sound independent judgment and discretionRegular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
